Online Consultation
Through a Videocall consultation, you can ask us any questions specific to your case.
Additional to the 30 minutes of the Skype call, we will email you relevant information based on our conversation.
Pre-move Assistance
Ongoing communication to address any preliminary concerns regarding your move.
Information and detailed planning regarding the necessary steps involved in your move to Valencia, catered to your particular situation.
Accommodations: we work together with you to find appropriate housing, whether temporary (e.g., for a scouting trip), or permanent. In most cases, you won't want to jump into buying or renting right away. It is better to secure temporary accommodation until you become familiar with the city.
Arrival Pickup
Transportation arranged from the point of arrival (airport, train station, etc) to your hotel, temporary accommodation or housing.
Administrative Paperwork
The amount of paperwork required to legally reside in Spain may seem overwhelming, but we walk through the entire process with you. We work together with lawyers who specialize in immigration and residency law to ensure proper steps are taken based on each case.
Assistance in obtaining the registration of residency, the NIE (Foreigners Identity Number), a residency permit and any additional forms and applications that may be required by Spanish law given your particular situation.
House Hunting
We offer and highly recommend our Orientation Tour to overview living areas of possible interest. We take you around the preferred neighborhoods and show you the needed amenities. It is a service adapted to the needs, capacity and convenience of each client. In this way, we are there for you to respond to any concerns or doubts that may arise.
After you have an idea of where to live, we provide you with the tools so you can create a list of properties based on your criteria. If desired, we also search and get involved with it. We coordinate visits to the properties we both believe appropriate. We accompany you to the arranged visits and give you our professional opinion. After a house has been chosen, we provide you with contract negotiation counseling.
Settling In
Once in Valencia, in order to feel at home and part of your new city, we help you with:
-Signing up for UTILITIES SERVICES for your place.
-Opening and establishing a BANK ACCOUNT
-HEALTH INSURANCE: In Spain there is both public and private health care. We will guide you through the different health insurance options available to you and help you with the selection process, with the help of experts in the field.
-EXTRA CURRICULARS: language school, personal trainer, sports teams and any activity you would like to practice.
School Search
We understand the importance of enrolling your child in school and all the uncertainties that this entails. We explain how the school system works in Valencia, the different school options and the enrolment process. We coordinate meetings and visits to the schools you have selected. We will also guide you through the registration and enrolment process and accompany you whenever you need us.
Leaving Valencia
If leaving Valencia, we prepare a checklist of all the services and subscriptions you need to discontinue.
We liaise between you and the companies and suppliers to terminate the services.
Accommodations
We offer our own properties as well as those of our verified partners, guaranteeing secure contracts and preventing our clients from falling into scams. All flats are fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Valencia unforgettable and stress-free. We are always close by for any queries you may have.

Why we do
this
We experienced to be new residents in Valencia and were struggling with the Spanish bureaucracy and school system. We found that simple, straight forward transactions were more challenging than expected. We learned so much through these bureaucratic conflicts that we happened to start assisting friends and others as they arrived in Valencia. We feel the need to help and support people during this transitional and foreign stage which can be very frustrating and blocking.
We both came to the conclusion that it is essential to have someone with the proper knowledge of the information needed before the move and with the competent contacts to expedite the administrative procedures.
Our combined experiences, knowledge, and personalities are the perfect fusion to help new expats choosing Valencia as their new destination.
